Director Shareholding

As detailed below, the following executive directors have today, 27 September
2004, exercised Options over 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares, such Options
having been originally granted under the terms of the Company's Share Option
Scheme on 21 September 2001, at £2.35 per share:


G.J.CROCKER - 12,301 Shares (of which 1,160 relate to his spouse, Mrs.J.Crocker,
who is also an employee of the Company). Mr.Crocker is now interested in 184,488
'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares (33,488 beneficial and 151,000
non-beneficial), representing 5.1% of the relevant share capital.


R.J.GLANVILLE - 7,781 Shares. Mr.Glanville is now interested in 38,992 'A'
Limited Voting Ordinary Shares (16,115 beneficial and 22,877 non-beneficial),
representing 1.0% of the relevant share capital.


T.WHEATLEY - 7,006 Shares. Mr.Wheatley is now interested in 11,045 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares (all beneficial), representing 0.3% of the relevant share
capital.
