Director Shareholding

M.C.Pease-Watkin, Non-executive Director - Notification received today, being
the day that Mr Pease-Watkin became fully aware of the nature of the
transaction, that on 17 October 2003, his two infant children each received 6500
'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares from a discretionary trust.

Accordingly, following this transaction Mr Pease-Watkin's interest in 'A'
Limited Voting Ordinary Shares increased by 13000 to 82740 Shares, representing
2.3% of the relevant share capital. His interest in Ordinary Shares remains
unchanged at 17064 Shares, representing 0.8% of the relevant share capital.
