Notification received today that a Discretionary Trust for which Mr N.H.P.Tucker
(executive director) and Mr W.P.Tucker (non-executive director) are both
trustees, has, on 24th April 2002, purchased 8,813 Ordinary Shares at £2.95
each.

Following this transaction. Mr N.H.P.Tucker is interested in 787,327 Ordinary
Shares (676,185 beneficial and 111,142 non-beneficial), and Mr W.P.Tucker in
409,626 Ordinary Shares (all non-beneficial), representing 36.1% and 18.8%
respectively, of the relevant share capital.
