On 30 October 2007, the following share options were granted to certain
Executive Directors under the terms of the Inland Revenue approved, Heavitree
Brewery 1998 Company Share Option Scheme ('the Scheme'):

Mr Crocker's notifiable interest includes the granting of options to his wife
under the Scheme. Mrs J. Crocker, an employee of the Company, was granted share
options over 266 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares.



These options are exercisable between 30 October 2010 and 13 November 2010, at a
price of £10.975 per share.  All other share options have been exercised and
these are now the only  share options outstanding
