HEADLAM GROUP PLC - DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES

Headlam Group plc announces that it has today received the following
notification from Barclays PLC in respect of notifiable interests in the
ordinary voting shares of 5p of the company.

In accordance with Part VI of  the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) (the 'Act'),
we write to inform you that Barclays PLC no longer , has a notifiable interest
in the issued share capital of your company.
