Headlam Group plc - DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES

Headlam Group plc announces that it has today received notification that
Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries,
being non-beneficial holders, now have a notifiable interest in 2,595,290
ordinary voting shares of 5p each of the Company. This represents 3.10 per
cent of the issued share capital of Headlam Group plc.
