Headlam Group plc - Director's Shareholdings


On 24th August the Company was informed that Mr G Waldron, Chairman,
has sold a total of 180,328 (0.22 per cent) Ordinary shares resulting
in a shareholding of 2,420,855 (2.91 per cent) Ordinary shares
following the transactions.

Of the total of 180,328 Ordinary shares, 80,000 were sold on 20th
August at 411 pence per share and a further 100,328 were sold on 23rd
August at 412 pence per share.
