Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2018 have been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy.  An electronic copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2018 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available from the Company's investor relations website at www.haydale-ir.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Friday, 21 December 2018 at its registered offices at Clos Fferws, Parc Hendre, Capel Hendre, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, SA18 3BL.
