Harworth Group plc (the "Company"), a leading regenerator of land and property for development and investment, announces that Angela Bromfield will succeed Lisa Clement as the Company's Senior Independent Director when Lisa retires from the Board on 31 October 2020. As previously announced, Angela will also replace Lisa as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
