Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, Coalfield Resources Plc (the "Company") advises that it was notified on 15 November 2013 that following the award under a Long Term Incentive Plan, Jonson Cox (Chairman) acquired 6,860,160 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 1 pence per share. Jonson Cox now has an interest in 8,204,050 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 1.36% of the total shares in issue.  

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and on the Standard List Segment of the Official List, and admission is expected to become effective on 18 November 2013.
