To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 2 May 2008
that following the purchase on 2 May 2008 of 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company at a price of £4.65 per share by his spouse, Michael Toms now has an
interest in 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.002% of the
total shares in issue.
