The Company announces that on 14 February 2008, Iain Cockburn, Finance Director,
purchased 4,440 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') on the
market at a price of 560 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Iain
Cockburn now holds 4,440 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing
approximately 0.02 per cent of the current share capital of that class.


The current share capital of the Company consists of 26,270,532 Ordinary Shares
with voting rights. The Company does not hold any treasury shares.
