The Company was today notified that Kevin James Stewart Dougan, Group Contracts
Director, sold 175,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 500 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 February 2008. As a
result of this transaction, Mr Dougan is interested in 525,000 Ordinary Shares,
which represents 2.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.
