Resignation of a director of Hargreaves Lansdown Plc subsidiaries

After nearly ten years service within Hargreaves Lansdown Plc (the 'Group'),
Adam Norris has resigned, with immediate effect, to pursue other interests
outside of financial services. Adam was a director of a number of the Group's
subsidiary companies.

Adam's shareholding in the Group at the date of its flotation remains subject to
the lock up provisions he entered into at that time.
