BOARD CHANGES AT HARGREAVES LANSDOWN

Hargreaves Lansdown announces the resignation of Mary Theresa Barry as a director of Hargreaves Lansdown's subsidiary companies.

Ian Gorham, CEO of Hargreaves Lansdown PLC said "Theresa was the first employee of Hargreaves Lansdown, and has been fundamental to its growth and success over the years alongside Peter Hargreaves and Stephen Lansdown.  After recent family illnesses, Theresa has decided her duty to family dictates she must step aside.  We thank Theresa for her amazing contribution, wish her well for the future and are delighted that Theresa remains a great friend and shareholder of Hargreaves Lansdown."
