As at close of business on 31 March 2010, the unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV)
for

Hargreave Hale AIM VCT1 plc was as follows:

NAV per Ordinary share of 1p - 64.05 pence.

As at 31 March 2010, there were25,870,079 ordinary shares of 1p in issue
(excluding shares held as treasury shares). On the 1 April a further 792,013
shares were allotted increasing the ordinary shares of 1p in issue to
26,662,092 (excluding shares held in treasury).
