Allotment of C Shares



The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the offer
for subscription dated 13 October 2005 (the 'Offer'), a further 2,068,290 C
shares of 5 pence each were allotted on 16 March 2006 at 100p per share.



Application has been made for the admission of the 2,068,290 C shares to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.



The number of C shares in issue at this date stands at 4,324,797
