contained inaccurate information relating to Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 2 plc.

Please find below a revised announcement which now supersedes the earlier
announcement.

As at close of business on 9 July 2010, the unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) for

Hargreave Hale AIM VCT1 plc was as follows:

NAV per Ordinary share of 1p - 58.28 pence.

As at 2 July 2010, there were 26,684,196 ordinary shares of 1p in issue
(excluding shares held as treasury shares).
