ANNUAL INFORMATION DOCUMENT

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE") is a closed-end investment
company listed on the Specialist Fund Market ("SFM") of the London Stock
Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam.

This is an annual information document as required pursuant to Section 5:25f of
the Dutch Financial Markets Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, the
"FMSA"). It has been filed with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial
Markets (Autoriteit Financiele Markten ("AFM")) and made available to the public
by way of publication on HVPE's web site.

Listed below is the annual financial report, the semi-annual financial report,
and interim management statements and all other information that has been made
publicly available by HVPE during the last 12 months pursuant to the securities
supervision laws of any state.  The information referred to below was up to date
at the time the information was published but some information may now be out of
date.
