        Notice of Interim Management Statement and Annual General Meeting

Hansard Global plc, will be issuing an Interim Management Statement on Monday 
19th November and not as previously stated on Friday 16th November. The Interim
Management Statement will include information relating to the group's trading 
for the four months to 31st October 2007 and contain a statement relating to the
Company's Annual General Meeting to he held on the same day.
