Notice of Chief Executive Officer's intention to retire by end 2021

The Company today announces that Gordon Marr, 62, has notified the Board of his intention to retire by the end of 2021, after over three decades with the Company and 8 years as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") . The Nominations Committee, chaired by Graeme Easton, has initiated a search process to find a new CEO.

Gordon will continue to lead the Company and drive its strategic initiatives and operating plans, fully supported by the executive team and the Board, until the appointment of a successor, and will then facilitate an orderly handover to the appointed successor.

Gordon Marr said:

"This is an exciting time for the Company, as we pursue our strategic initiatives and prepare for further growth. Looking ahead to the next long-term phase of growth, I have decided to announce my retirement plans now, providing ample time to identify a successor and ensure a smooth transition. I am committed to leading the Company in the meantime, as we remain resolutely focused on delivering a solid performance in 2021, while positioning the Company for further success in the future."

Graeme Easton, Chairman, said:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Gordon for his professional and personal commitment and dedication to the Company.  Under Gordon's leadership the Company has overcome many challenges and through its strategic initiatives is poised for significant growth. As the Company enters its next chapter the Board is committed to build on this, and I will work closely with Gordon during the coming months to ensure a seamless transition to his successor."
