Appointment of Alternate Director

The Company announces that Dr Leonard S Polonsky has appointed his son, Mr Marc Polonsky, as his alternate director for Board meetings.  Such appointment is effective from meetings after 26^th September 2013 and will remain valid until revoked by either Dr Leonard S Polonsky or Mr Marc Polonsky or Dr Leonard S Polonsky ceases to be a Director of the Company.  Mr Marc Polonsky shall be subject to annual re-election as an alternate director of the Company.

Mr Marc Polonsky is a partner of international law firm White & Case.  He is based in London, having lived and worked for 10 years (1998-2008) in Moscow.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1993.  He currently holds the following additional roles:-

·    trustee of the Polonsky Foundation, a UK registered charity which is also a major shareholder of the Company

·    a Governor of the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies

·    a member of the Board of the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute

·    a Director of the British Friends of the Hebrew University
