Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company held an Extraordinary Meeting today at 11.00hrs and the proposal 
to adopt new Articles of Association was passed unanimously.

The Chairman declared the proposal passed and reported that proxy votes received 
amounted to 4,872,373. In favour of the resolution 4,844,376, giving discretion 
to the Chairman 14,126, against the resolution 13,871.
