CHANGE OF CO-TRUSTEE

Hansa Trust PLC announces that on 24 March 2014 it received notification of a change in the co-Trustee for the 2,069,045 ordinary shares held by Peter A. S. Pearman and Codan Trust Company Limited in which William Salomon has a beneficial interest.

On 24 March 2014, Peter A. S. Pearman was replaced as Co-trustee in respect of the above shareholding by Helen Cooper. Codan Trust Company Limited will continue as co-Trustee with Helen Cooper.

Accordingly Helen Cooper and Codan Trust Company Limited now together hold 2,069,045 ordinary shares, representing 25.85% of the ordinary shares, and Peter A. S. Pearman  and Codan Trust Company Limited having prior to the change held 4,138,850 ordinary shares representing 51.7% of the ordinary shares now together hold 2,069,045 ordinary shares representing 25.85% of the ordinary shares. William Salomon has no interest in the ordinary shares held jointly by Peter A. S. Pearman and Codan Trust Company Limited.
