Admission of Hansa Investment Company Limited shares

Hansa Investment Company Limited is pleased to announce that 40,000,000 ordinary shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") have today been admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and 80,000,000 'A' ordinary shares of one pence each (" 'A' Ordinary Shares") have today been admitted to listing on the standard segment of the Official List and in respect of each class, have been admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker 'HAN' (ISIN: BMG428941162) and the 'A' Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker 'HANA' (ISIN: BMG428941089).

The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue immediately following Admission is 40,000,000, each with equal voting rights. The total number of 'A' Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue immediately following Admission is 80,000,000. The Ordinary Shareholders are entitled to one vote per Ordinary Share held. The 'A' Ordinary Shares do not entitle the holders to vote or receive notice of meetings but in all other respects they have the same rights as the Company's Ordinary Shares.

Shareholders should use the number of voting shares (40,000,000) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to, their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Based on Admission to the London Stock Exchange, for the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Home Member State of Hansa is the United Kingdom.
