Hammerson plc announces redemption price for the early redemption of the EUR 500,000,000 2.75% Bonds due 2019

On 24 July 2018 Hammerson plc (the Company) announced the exercise of the Company's early redemption option in respect of the EUR 500,000,000 2.75% Bonds due 2019 (ISIN: XS0834382151) (the Bonds).

 

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds set out in the Eighth Supplemental Trust Deed dated 26 September 2012 (the Terms and Conditions).

 

The Company confirms the following:

 

Redemption Price: 103.219% (excluding accrued interest)

 

Accrued interest: EUR 2,546.58 per EUR100,000 nominal

 

Total payment: EUR 105,765.58 per EUR100,000 nominal

 

The Bonds will be redeemed on 30 August 2018.

 

Holders of Bonds which are held by Clearstream, Luxembourg or Euroclear should contact the relevant corporate actions departments within the Clearing Systems for further information.
