Hammerson PLC 04 January 2006 OFFICE LETTINGS - 18 & 19 HANOVER SQUARE, LONDON W1 Hammerson plc has signed leases at its two recently refurbished office buildings, 18 & 19 Hanover Square, London W1, following which both buildings are fully let. At 18 Hanover Square, Avanta Management Services Limited, a serviced office business, has leased 2,860 m(2) (30,780 ft(2)) of office accommodation. The annual rent is £1.49 million. The lease term is 10 years, with the equivalent of an 18 month rent free period. At 19 Hanover Square, Lend Lease Europe Limited, the European subsidiary of the Australian property company, will occupy 2,910 m(2) (31,340 ft(2)). The annual rent is £1.40 million, with an initial rent free period of 13 months on a 10 year lease.
