A meeting of the Directors of this Company will be held on Monday 26 February
2007 at which the Directors will, inter alia, consider the announcement of
results for the year ended 31 December 2006 and recommend the payment of a final
dividend for the year ended 31 December 2006.



It is anticipated that the preliminary announcement of results will be made on
Monday 26 February 2007.
