Hammerson plc (the "Company") was notified on 10 October 2012 by the trustees of the Hammerson Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP") that ordinary shares of 25 pence each (the "Shares") in the Company were purchased on behalf of David Atkins, Peter Cole and Timon Drakesmith on 9 October 2012 under the Dividend Shares element of the SIP at a price of £4.673, following the re-investment of the interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2012. 

 

The number of Dividend Shares purchased and the total holdings of each of the Executive Directors in the Company's Shares following the transactions are as follows:
