Conversion of Securities

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a Blocklisting of 14,083,456 Ordinary shares of 25p each of
HAMMERSON PLC to be admitted to the Official List.  The shares will be listed
in connection with the conversion of he 6.5% Subordinated Convertible Bonds
2006.


The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
