A meeting of the Directors of this Company will be held on Monday 6 March 2000
at  which the Directors will, inter alia, consider the announcement of results
for  the  year  ended 31 December 1999 and recommend the payment  of  a  final
dividend for the year ended 31 December 1999.

It  is anticipated that the preliminary announcement of results will be made
on Monday 6 March 2000.
