                      NOTICE OF  INTERIM RESULTS  AND DIVIDEND





The Directors of Halma p.l.c. will hold a meeting on 5 December 2006 to approve 
the accounts for the 26 weeks to 30 September 2006 and to declare the interim 
dividend for the year to 31 March 2007.



The Company's interim results will be released on Tuesday 5 December 2006.
