Correction to Ex-Dividend and Record Date

On 9 August 2021, H&T Group plc announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2021.

The announcement contained incorrect dates for the ex-dividend and record date for the declared interim dividend of 4.0p. The dividend will be paid on 1 October 2021 to shareholders on the share register at the close of business on Friday 3 September 2021, and not Sunday 5 September 2021 as previously announced. The ex-dividend date will be Thursday 2 September 2021, and not Friday 3 September 2021 as previously announced.

All other details set out in the announcement were correct and remain unchanged.
