Gusbourne Plc (the "Company")

Harvest report for 2013, change of accounting reference date

and change of investor website address

Gusbourne Plc is pleased to announce that the 2013 Gusbourne Estate grape harvest has been successfully completed at its vineyards in Kent and in Sussex. The harvest was later than usual this year as a result of the late start to the growing season.

The yield volumes have been excellent and more than doubled the Company's original expectations, following a successful flowering and good weather during the growing season. The grapes harvested have continued to meet the unique quality expectations of Gusbourne Estate.

As in prior years, the picking has involved the local community and the Company remains grateful to the regular contingent of around 40 local residents who have again helped it to gather in the harvest. The weather during harvest was particularly inclement which made the efforts of everyone at Gusbourne exceptional in successfully completing this bountiful harvest.

The Company's winery, situated on its freehold estate in Kent, with its new press and winery equipment, has performed particularly well in processing the larger than expected volumes of grapes from both its Kent and Sussex vineyards.

The Company also announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 March to 31 December, with effect from 31 December 2013.

The Company has also changed its investor website address containing AIM Rule 26 information to www.gusbourneplc.com

Andrew Weeber, Chairman of the Company, commented "This year's excellent harvest has been a very pleasing result for our newly enlarged group and has added significant stocks of wine to the Company's inventory. We look forward to continuing to produce English sparking and still wines of the highest quality for our customers. In this connection, I am pleased to announce that we have recently won an IWSC (International Wine and Spirit Competition) trophy for Best International Bottle Fermented Sparkling wine in respect of the Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2008.
