Great Universal Stores PLC received notification on 18 September that
Mr D A Tyler (a director of the Company) purchased 10,000 Ordinary
shares of 25p each in the Company on that day at a price of £4.40 per
share. Following this purchase, Mr Tyler holds 20,000 Ordinary shares
of 25p each in the Company.
