Shellproof Limited announces acquisition of shares

Belize City, Belize, August 19, 2008 - Shellproof Limited (London - AIM:SHLP) (the 'Company') has been notified of the following share purchase: 

Peter Gaze, a director of the Company, acquired 11,456 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 50 pence per share on August 14, 2008. His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased to 90,794 ordinary shares representing 1.1 per cent of the total issued share capital.
