Syntopix Group plc (the 'Company') has today been notified that Dr Stephen
Jones, a director of the Company, has acquired 5,500 ordinary shares of 10p each
in the Company, at an average price of 177p per share. Following this purchase
Dr Jones has a beneficial interest in 5,500 ordinary shares representing
approximately 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
