Voting rights and capital

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Gulf Marine Services Plc (the "Company") announces that on 31 March 2014:

·      it had 349,527,804 issued ordinary shares of 10 pence each admitted to trading. Each ordinary shares carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at the general meetings of the Company;

·      it does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury; and

·      accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 349,527,804.

The total voting rights figure (349,527,804) may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
