Monthly Dividend

The Directors have today declared a ninth monthly dividend, of 1.1p per Ordinary
share, in respect of the year ending 30th April 2002, payable on 15th March 2002
to shareholders on the register on 1st March 2002.  The shares will be marked
ex-dividend on 27th February 2002.
