Monthly Dividend

The Directors have today declared a third monthly dividend of 1.0p per Ordinary
share in respect of the year ending 30th April 2002, payable on 12th September
2001 to shareholders on the register on 31st August 2001. The shares will be
marked ex-dividend on 29th August 2001.
