Monthly Dividend

The Directors have today declared a first monthly dividend of 1.0p per Ordinary
share in respect of the year ending 30th April 2002, payable on 11th July 2001
to shareholders on the register on 29th June 2001.  The shares will be marked
ex-dividend on 27th June 2001.
