Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. (AIM: GKP) announces that the Notice of the Company's 2011 Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders on Thursday 19 May 2011 and is now available on the Company's website (www.gulfkeystone.com/Report.aspx) along with the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010.  The annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 will be posted to shareholders under separate cover. 

The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held on Thursday 16 June 2011 at 2pm (local time) at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe Paris, 51-57, rue de Courcelles, 75008 Paris, France.
