Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd (the Company")

Application has been made for the admission of an additional 410,304 shares of 
USD0.01 each in the capital of the Company to trading on AIM

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects 
with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. These shares being 
listed are bonus shares awarded to employees pursuant to issuer's Executive 
Bonus Scheme.
