Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd (the Company")


Application has been made for the admission of an additional 92,222 shares of
USD0.01 each in the capital of the Company to trading on AIM. The shares will be
issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. These shares are being listed in
connection with 92,222 shares being allotted to employees pursuant to the
Company's incentive arrangements.
