Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 April 2015 it purchased 38,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.2950 and it purchased 2,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.2650.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,040,992 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 138,944,240 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 138,944,240 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
