Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 31 October 2013 it purchased 4,215 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.0500, 4,215 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.0450, 2,250 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.0425 and 4,320 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.0600.

Following the above purchases, the Company holds 6,756,513 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 173,793,699 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 173,793,699 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
