Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 05 July 2013 it purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.035, 16,463 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.050 and 2,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.030. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 6,594,663 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 176,034,165 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 176,034,165 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
