Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 June 2013 it purchased 40,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD1.00. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 9,207,806 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 176,390,929 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 176,390,929 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
