Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 17 July 2013 it purchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.0125. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 5,067,864 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 175,800,694 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 175,800,694 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
