Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund Plc (the "Company") announces that on 25 January 2013 it purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD0.96 and it purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD0.95. Following the above purchases, the Company holds 10,538,138 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 179,621,317 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 179,621,317 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
